Sessions usually last an hour. Clients are fully clothed but remove their shoes and may choose to lie down on the table or sit up in a chair.

 

A typical session usually includes the following:

  • Gentle music playing in the background
  • The practitioner leads the client through a peaceful guided meditation
  • The practitioner teaches the client a simple breathing meditation

  • Seven Quartz Crystal Bowls are rung to relax and warm up the client’s energy field
  • The practitioner intuitively selects one or several Energy Balancing Techniques that best addresses the client’s individual issues and goals/intentions (see Types of Energy Balancing Techniques.)
